from Bodoe Airport in the afternoon.

the Russian group: departure by bus for St.Petersburg.
The
conference will be localised at Bodoe Regional University.
There
will be organised bus transport according to the programme. Please be aware of
the hours for departure to and from Radisson SAS Hotel and Bodoe Regional
University.
Languages
The
conference languages are English and Russian. The opening and closing sessions
as well as the plenary speeches, will be simultaneously interpretated.
In the
parallel workshops, there will be oral interpretation.
Participants
will be accommodated at Radisson SAS Hotel or Norroena Hotel. The Hotels are
situated close to each other, both in the city centre. The first registration
hour will be on Tuesday 26th June 18.00 – 19.30 at Radisson SAS
Hotel. The next registration hour will be on Wednesday 27th June
09.30 – 10.00 at Bodoe Regional University.
By
registration you will get a book of abstracts containing work submitted for the
Pomor-project conference. You will also get a collection of articles containing
work in the field of social work submitted for the Pomor-project. In addition
you will get Final Conference Programme and separate programme for workshops.
The documents will be available in both languages, English and Russian.
The Norwegian krone (NOK) is the national currency. At present time 1 USD = 9 NOK.
Automatic
teller machines and exchange offices are readily available. Hotels, restaurants
and shops accept major credit cards.
Public
telephones are easy to locate and calling cards may be used. Fax, internet and
message services are readily available at Bodoe Regional University or at
Radisson SAS Hotel.
